Book your appointment
Book a time to discuss your hearing needs/ requirements with one of our Audiologists. Services will be provided through phone calls and digital platforms.
Step 3.
Purchase your device/s
Place an order and purchase your new hearing device/s. Our Audiologists will be able to assist you in choosing the right device.
Step 4.
Complete an online hearing test
Our Audiologists will use the test results to personalise your hearing devices and calibrate them to your hearing levels.
Step 5.
Receive your devices
Your hearing devices will arrive ready to be fitted remotely by our Audiologists. It’s time to book your fitting appointment.
Step 6.
Fitting appointment
Via Tele-Audiology, one of our Audiologists will discuss your new devices with you and further calibrate/personalise them to your hearing needs.
Step 7.
Ongoing care and support
Every device purchase comes with 12 months of essential care included.
